What is UCR?
An annual registration run by the participating states. Every interstate carrier, broker, freight forwarder and leasing company owes one, and it comes round again every year.
Do I owe one if I have no trucks?
Yes, if you broker or forward freight or lease equipment out. You pay the lowest bracket — a count of zero is not an exemption.
How is the price worked out?
From your power-unit count. The states publish the registration fee for each bracket; we pass that through in full and add our own fee, which you see separately before you pay.
How will I know it is done?
We email you when the state records it, and your order page carries the state's own receipt so you have something to show.
