Fifty State Agentis a private filing service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) or the U.S. Department of Transportation. We don’t grant operating authority, we don’t act for any government agency, and we don’t call ourselves the registered blanket process-agent company.
